We sell both personalised/custom-made items and non-personalised products. We aim to display all products and colours as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalised details submitted during checkout are correct. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect names, addresses, or information provided by the customer.

Once production has started, personalised orders may not be cancelled or changed.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Shipping

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping providers, busy periods, or unforeseen delays.

Returns & Refunds

Non-personalised items may be returned within the allowed return period if unused and in original condition.

Personalised/custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, designs, and product descriptions, belongs to our store and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
