Return Policy

We accept returns for non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Please note:

• Personalised/custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We are not responsible for customer mistakes in personalised details submitted during ordering.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items when cancelling an order due to a change of mind.

Refunds & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

If approved, we may offer:

• a replacement
• or a refund where appropriate

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations

For changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order is processed.

You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it using the cancellation option available in your order details. After 15 minutes, your order may already be processing and cancellation may not be possible.
